In order to improve service quality and ensure the implementation of workforce placement runs in accordance with regulations, the management of PT Indonesia Mapan Perkasa (IMP) carried out a working visit to the placement country, Taiwan. This visit was motivated by the company's need to directly monitor its business partners, working conditions, and to foster relations with Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) from PT Indonesia Mapan Perkasa in Taiwan.
The company executives departed from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, to Taiwan on December 19, 2025. The visit began with meetings with business partners, followed by inspections of several construction project sites in various areas.

Company leaders conducted a working visit to the countries where migrant workers are placed as part of the company's commitment to ensuring the protection, welfare, and quality of labor placement. This visit aims to strengthen cooperation with user partners and placement agencies, as well as to directly review the working conditions and living environment of the migrant workers.
During the series of visits, the company leadership held meetings with representatives of business partners in Taiwan. In addition, the company leadership also took the time to directly engage in dialogue with migrant workers, listen to their aspirations, and provide motivation to ensure they continue working professionally and uphold the reputation of both the company and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), considering that the migrant workers come from various regions across Indonesia and share the same goals while in Taiwan.
Through this working visit, PT IMP hopes to improve the quality of migrant worker placement sustainably, strengthen supervision, and ensure that migrant workers perform well. This activity is a concrete manifestation of the company's responsibility in creating a safe, dignified placement system that is oriented towards the protection of Indonesian migrant workers.
In addition to serving as an activity for evaluation and improving the quality of placement, this activity also builds a sense of family for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) and the placement companies. The loyalty that is formed is the result of trust built by the placement companies, PMIs, and overseas partners. With this good relationship established, PT IMP hopes that in the future there will be more job opportunities available for prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers and that it can help build and improve the quality of life and the economy.
